The BEST Personalized Name Labels for Kids at School and Daycare!
I am a label lover. A label freak, you might say. I even labeled the spot where we store our label maker (and my husband finds this hilarious).
I just believe that organization shall set you free, and an organized life is a happy life.
Not only do I love organization, but, I also love personalization….just check out my Project Gallery for proof.
Maybe it’s the southern girl in me, but if something can have a monogram or name on it, it’s gonna!
Enter The BEST Personalized Name Labels!
Now that I’m a mom to a toddler, I’ve discovered that kids come with a lot of STUFF.
And most of it is small stuff, and small stuff = easily lost stuff.
Yeah, we’ve had our fair share of lost cups, shoes, clothing, and toys. {insert annoyed mom face}
Recently I was introduced to Mabel’s Labels, and they just may be the answer to my personalized organization mommy prayers!
These award-winning personalized name labels are obviously cute and colorful, but they’re also very practical as well.
The labels:
- Are completely customizable
- Are waterproof and UV resistant
- Are dishwasher, laundry, AND microwave safe
- Come with a 100% guarantee
- Ship for free
- Make great fundraisers
- Did I mention cute and colorful yet??
Another bonus: they make excellent stocking stuffers or a fun addition to any toddler Easter basket!
Rowan’s Limited Edition Camp Label Pack
Rowan isn’t quite old enough for summer camp just yet, but he is starting half-day school at the end of the summer.
While looking at the various products Mabel’s Labels offers, their limited edition camp label pack would still work perfectly for us, even with no camp in our future.
And can you ever really have too many labels, especially with a kiddo?? I think not.
I was super impressed by how quick and easy it was to customize a set of labels on the Mabel’s Labels website.
Just a few minutes was all it took, and I could see a mockup of my labels during every step of the design process and easily make changes along the way.
You can choose the color(s), font, icon, and enter whatever text you want. They also have super cute designs ready to go too.
Since Rowan’s always been a big fan of dinosaurs (we even used that as the theme of his first birthday party), I chose the dino design for his labels.
I decided to leave our last name off since he’ll be in a small class, and the mockup made it really easy to see what all the different types of labels in the camp pack would look like:
This limited edition camp pack includes:
- 10 Personalized Name Stickers
- 24 Mini Custom Name Stickers
- 8 Custom Shoe Stickers
- 50 Tag Mates™ Stick On Clothing Labels
- 2 Personalized Bag Tags
This sets my personalization and label-loving heart a’flutter.
It will make identifying Rowan’s backpack, lunch items, coats, shoes, etc. so easy while at school.
Hooray for no more lost or mixed-up items!
I ordered the labels late on a Sunday night, they shipped the next day, and we received them the following Monday. Here’s what arrived:
A nice booklet with the labels and instructions for use:
Two bag tags:
Some free cute little postcards:
If your kiddo is going to summer camp, you can keep his/her clothes, footwear, toiletries, swim gear, backpacks, etc. personalized, organized, and (hopefully) accounted for with this pack, no problem!
Like I mentioned, they offer dozens of multi-color designs you can choose from, including these cute limited edition ones that are perfect for summer camp:
Also, they have a whole line of great kids’ safety labels, stickers, and tags.
They offer special allergy alert stickers, emergency contact labels and tags, as well as safety ID and silicone ID bracelets.
They’re a great way to help keep Junior safe while away from Mom or Dad’s watchful eyes.

Rowan’s Labeled Gear
How cute do these labels look on all of Rowan’s gear?? I mean, seriously.
The colors are rich and vibrant and match his existing lunch gear perfectly, and now everything is easily identifiable.
I’m sure his teachers will silently be thanking me come lunchtime with a class full of crazy, rambunctious, messy two-year-olds. You’re welcome, ladies. ;)
Now I don’t need to mess with writing (in my terrible handwriting) Rowan’s name with a Sharpie.
I was a little skeptical at first about how well these shoe stickers would stay on after some use, but Rowan has been wearing these flip flops for a few days now and there is absolutely zero wear and tear!
His cup and snack gear have also been put through the dishwasher a few times, and the labels still look good as new!

I need a package of these labels for my son! He is constantly leaving things behind because nothing is as interesting as a bug or spider, etc. I love how you can personalize the name, style and font.
