FREE Teacher Appreciation Thank You Printable for Gift Cards or Notes – Two Versions!

Both of my boys are now in school (Brayden started preschool last fall and Rowan is in Kindergarten).

That means I have a lot of teachers to buy gifts for now that the school year is almost over.

In the past, I’ve gifted Rowan’s teachers with some personalized stationery or a mini backpack full of supplies (and you can snag the FREE printables/cut files for both!).

However, time is flying with two kids in school and the end of the year has snuck up on me, so all of their teachers are just getting gift cards this year (I said *just* but really, who doesn’t love a gift card??).

As such, I wanted to present them in a cute and different way, so I created these printables!

They’re perfectly sized to attach any gift card or write a sweet message, and the tiny school-related characters just scream that these thank you’s are for teachers or school staff.

Plus, I’ve got not one but TWO versions available that you can download for FREE!

Free Teacher Appreciation Printable

One version of this free printable says “Thank you for all that you do!” and is perfect to use during Teacher Appreciation Week, or really anytime (because teachers always deserve some recognition, right?).

Free Teacher Gift Printable

The other version reads “Thank you for a great year!” and is ideal as an end-of-year teacher gift or note.

How To Use

These printables don’t really require an in-depth how-to, but just in case, here’s a quick run down of how to use them:

  1. Download whatever file version you’d like (you can find both at the download section below).
  2. Print it out (I like using cardstock since it’s a little sturdier, but photo paper or even regular printer paper will work just fine).
  3. Cut out the printables using scissors or a paper trimmer.
    1. You can even use your Silhouette or Cricut for a fun print-and-cut project! Just add a rectangle around the printables to use as your cut line.
  4. Write a note and/or attach a gift card using Glue Dots, double-sided tape, or just a strip of tape, then fill out the To/From section at the bottom.
  5. Slide it into a 5×7″ envelope, fold it in half, or just gift it as-is.

That’s it!

It’s such a simple, cute, & FREE way of showing thanks to the special teacher in your life!
